• While our team takes great care during the cleaning process, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on appliances.
• Taka 300 will be charged if customer wants to cancel the order after our partners reach the destination.

Upon receiving your order online our verified service providers will send cleaners to your doorstep in your specified time.
This cleaning service offers in convenient amount and it’s hassle free.

Service Placement: You can place your order by simply adding one or more services under home basic cleaning service from the menu.


Payment: After service completion you have to pay through Sheba.xyz app or Cash on Delivery. After payment please make sure, you have received text containing the money receipt.


  Terms & Conditions  Service Booking: You have to place order 4 hours prior to the service delivery schedule

Cleaning supplies: Cleaning supplies will be carried by the cleaners

Cancellation: If you cancel the service after provided cleaner reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 100 as visiting charge.
  
Safety Measures: Customer will be solely responsible for their personal material and the safety of household resources.

Liability: Sheba.xyz and its verified Service Providers will not be held liable for any direct or incidental loss or damage of property or personal security during availing the service, caused by accident, theft, burglary or any other type of incidental damages.

Discharging: After service completion you automatically discharge Sheba.xyz from further liabilities.
