• Sold AC Dismantling: Professional dismantling of the sold AC unit by our skilled technicians, ensuring safe removal and preparation for exchange.
• Free Price Quotation Share: Complimentary price quotations are shared with customers, making it convenient for customer to review and consider our offers.
• Price Negotiation: Customer can opt to negotiate on the price being offered by Sheba.xyz for the old AC unit.

What's Excluded

• Dismantling Due to Infrastructural Condition: Additional parts or materials needed for dismantling due to specific infrastructural conditions at the residence are not included.
• Labour Cost Negotiation: Labour costs for unforeseen circumstances during dismantling are excluded and subject to negotiation.
• Exchanged New AC Installation: Installation for the exchanged new AC is not included but can be arranged separately upon request.
• Exchanged New AC Warranty: Warranty coverage for the exchanged new AC is not provided. Customers should inquire with the manufacturer or retailer.
• Service for Old AC: Servicing or repairs beyond dismantling the old AC are not included. Customers may opt for additional servicing at their own expense

Terms & Conditions

• Our experts will provide the customer with an exchange price through a physical visit or by sharing pictures via WhatsApp or any other media platform.
• The price for the new AC must be negotiated through Sheba.xyz.
• The customer also has the option to sell their old AC separately.
• Prices shared through any media platform are subject to change after a physical visit by our experts.
• The best price offered depends on the physical condition and the model of the AC being exchanged.
• After the exchange is completed, no returns will be applicable.
• Sheba.xyz does not provide warranty coverage for new AC units.
