She has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Texas A and M University and M.B.A from the University of Dallas and currently pursuing her PHD degree from Walden University She joined Motorola Dallas, TX as an  Engineer and lNokia Inc. as a System Engineer and City of Fort Worth as a Technical architect.  She  established her global business venture Baldha Group (Landing page ) a group of companies  journalism(Home - The Kaler Jatra ) and  a nonprofit organization ANDRA .Her organizations are the Signatory and Global participants of United Nations Global Compact and Women Empowerment principles .She has a published Five  books , Princess of the tide ,Belong to the world, The Global Rose, Journey of the spirit and Let her Fly.
